Information about The Beautiful Ordinary

The Beautiful Ordinary is a film slated for theater release in September 2007.[1]

It was directed by Jess Manafort and stars Chris Marquette, Sean Marquette, Amber Heard, Leighton Meester, Lyndsy Fonseca, Khleo Thomas, Katrina Begin, Melonie Diaz, Caroline Dollar, Wesley Jonathan, Max Hoffman, Bill Ladd, Taylor Kowalski, Brie Larson and Alexa Vega. The plot of the movie has been described as "a glimpse into the teenage wasteland of suburbia 1999 that takes place over 24-hours, and the teenagers who make their way through the last day of high school in the last year of the past millennium."[2]

The film has been selected as one of the eight films competing in the Narrative Competition at the 2007 Los Angeles Film Festival which takes place June 21st-July 1st.[3] This will be the world premiere of the film.

Filmed primarily in Wilmington NC during May 2006.
