"Stewie Kills Lois" is part one of the two-part episode of the FOX animated television series Family Guy (Part 2 being Lois Kills Stewie). It is advertised as the 100th episode,[1] and is set to follow "The Family Guy 100th Episode Special", which will feature clips from previous episodes.[2]

Public debut

A version of this episode's script was performed as a public table read, featuring material that had not yet been reviewed by the standards and practices department.[3][4]

Plot summary

In the first installment of a two-part episode, Peter and Lois go on a cruise, leaving Stewie behind. This inspires Stewie to follow through with his often abandoned plans to murder Lois.<ref name="FOXpr" /><ref name="meeVeeTCA" /><ref name="tvsquadTCA" />
