Ondo (音頭 Ondō) is a type of Japanese folk music often heard during Obon festivals. It has a distinct 2/2 rhythm.
Many styles of traditional music are included in the music of Japan. Numerous performers can be found across the country, playing several of styles of folk and classical music.
