Creatures Incorporated (株式会社クリーチャーズ Kabushiki-gaisha Kurīchāzu) is a Japanese toy company subsidiary of Nintendo. The company was founded by Tsunekazu Ishihara, and was originally called Ape, Inc. The current president is Hirokazu Tanaka.
Creatures Inc. is the producer of the Pokémon card games and toys, and it owns one-third of the copyright over the Pokémon franchise (the other two-thirds shared equally between Nintendo and Game Freak). The company has also created the EarthBound series when it was known as Ape, Inc.
