Do you enjoy digital scrapbooking? Do you share your passion with others? How many people get to see your unique creations? Here is an easy way to show off your favorite pages. Create gift tags using your digital scrapbook pages. It’s simple and easy and adds a perfect personalized touch to a simple inexpensive gift.
For my son’s pre-school class of 12, I decided to make treat bags with a little personalized touch using a Valentine’s Day digital scrapbook page I created as my own gift tag.
So here is what you do. Take your Valentine’s Day themed digital scrapbook page and reduced it to 2×2. Print the tags on either 4x6 photo paper or a larger sheet of photo paper. Six tags will fit on a sheet of 4×6 borderless photo paper. Next, cut them all out and use a hole punch to put a hole in each top left corner of the tags.

Now you are ready to being. Use the hole punch to punch a hole in the paper treat bags, again in the top left corner. Next fill the treat bags with whatever goodies you have purchased. Little heart candies, lollipops, and chocolates. Once filled, fold a small half-inch or so section of the top of the paper treat bag over and staple in the middle of the fold to hold closed. You could also use a Valentine theme sticker to hold the bag closed if you prefer not to use staples or even to cover the staple. Next take some red ribbon and tie the tag to the bag.
Personalized and adorable! Not to mention an excellent way to show off your hidden design talents.
