We Love Our Moon!

It’s hard, almost impossible to imagine living without seeing the moon in the sky every night. It’s always been a great source of expiration for poets, writers and songwriters.

Sometimes full moon is blamed for bringing on mental diseases, psychic disorders, bad sleep, etc. In fact some people can be influences by the moon and it phases. Their mood changes, some can get lunatic, some aggressive. This fact can explain the increase in the number of crimes during each period the month when the moon is full.

Some people believe that night time is the time for vampires, werewolves, and other beautiful creatures to get out of their holes and step into the moonlight.

Other than that the moon is a romantic star which lovers value most of all others since it the honeymoon they go to when they get married. If they are financially secure, certainly.

What we know for sure is that this legendary star has great influence on our own planet. The moon’s gravity tries to pull the Earth and its waters towards it and that’s how we get high and low tides.

A ring around the moon inform farmers that the next day will be a rainy one, and if the star is red at night in the early spring, that means the next day will be rather frosty.

Man has already been to the moon, and figured that there are no monsters or ‘moonians’ there, but for some reason we still fear and love this star. The attitude towards it is a mixture of feelings, but one thing is true : we’ll never be able to live without it.
